Excellent type. Good size. Shows a lot of harmony. Excellent head and expression. Good eyes and ears. Good topline. Well bodied. Good pigmentation. Moves excellently.

We might have made heeler history in this show having mother and son - Jenni and Nelson - competing against each other in the BOB-ring. According to the judge the dogs were so similar that they could have been brother and sister.... After thinking for a while the judge made his decision and chose mom Jenni to be BOB and young son Nelson BOS. Both of them received Winner 2010 -titles.

6.12.2010 Myheels Christmas Party
We had on open air Christmas Party in Ojakkala, Vihti. First we enjoyed glasses of mulled wine and then we trained open-air searching. Each dog did one search and even though there were lots of snow in the forest all the heelers did a good job and found their missing people.
After a long walk we ate plenty of food and enjoyed chatting and watching the dogs play and having fun.

We had an short training course in open-air search. All Team Myheels was there. Each dog did two searches and all of them were enthusiastic workers and did their little rescue jobs very well.
Thank you all participants and of course Eija who was our trainer and made this course possible.
 
27.8.2010 Nelson (Myheels Tuxedo) is a father - and Jenni (Mc Heel's J-Lo) a grandmother!

Multi Ch Rantalaukan Harmonia (kennel Marmalade's) gave birth to three puppies (1 male, 2 bitches) 27.8.2010.

Maya (Bellsmond Princess Myheels) was in her first puppy show today. It was a long day and a poky, noisy place but the little girl did great, showed herself briskly and got a nice critique.

29.8.2010 Herding in Rymättylä - teacher Kaisa Hilska

On a autumnal Sunday we went herding sheep at Kaisa Hilska's farm in Rymättylä. All the Group Myheels was participating: Kati and Siiri, Tiina and Nelson, Sari and Martti, Reetta and Piisku as well myself and Jenni. Little Maya was also there watching the older dogs' working and marveling the sheep.
The day was nice and informative - it was especially enchanting to see how Jenni's offspring Siiri and Nelson had attachment to herding.

12.-13.6.2010 Finnish Lancashire Heeler Club camp show at Koirakeskus Hiidenhelmi, Punkalaidun - judge Susanne Nilsson, Sweden

The Finnish Club's annual summer camp took place at Koirakeskus Hiidenhelmi, Punkalaidun. The program was comprehensive and everyone found something interesting to do. Warm thanks to the camp committee and to all participants for this nice weekend!

The camp show took place on Sunday when Susanne Nilsson from Sweden judged 43 heelers. Myheels-heelers were all there.

Puppy Class 7-9 months, bitches: Marmalade's Goldilocks excellent, 1st place

Junior Class, bitches: Myheels Tiffany very good, 2nd place

- Champion dog who's title is definitely justified. Excellent head. Very good body and angulations. Correct bite. Excellent coat and colour. Could have a little stronger topline. Excellent temperament. Well presented.-

Best of Breed and Best in Show was chosen between good friends Jenni (Mc Heel's J-Lo) and Martti (Bowanne Smarty Pants).

This time the judge's choice was "ladies first". Jenni won Best of Breed & Best in Show - for the second time in row. Martti did great as well being BOS.

24.5.2010 Welcome little Maya!

We made a very nice and successful trip to England's beautiful countryside together with Tiina.

We brought to Finland a lovely little black&tan bitch puppy, Bellsmond Princess Myheels (Tapatina Warlord - Bellsmond Mamba) and we call her Maya.

Maya is co-owned with Tiina Sundholm and lives with Tiina in Lohja - thank you for a wonderful co-operation!
Warm thanks to you, Lynne and Bob, for your friendship and hospitality and of course this adorable little girl.

Marmalade's Goldilocks - HP, BOB-puppy

Piisku (Marmalade's Goldilocks) was at her first show today at Tuomarinkartano Puppy Show, Helsinki. The day was long, hot and sunny but the little girl did well and acted in the show ring like she always does: relaxed and happy.
